Rule 49
Can enter into a management contract for the operation of a juvenile reformatory
(1) The Ministry may, with the approval of the Government of Nepal, give the responsibility of the operation of the Children's Correctional Home established or operated by the Government of Nepal to any organization registered in accordance with the prevailing law under a management contract.
(2) The qualifications and conditions of the organization that enters into the management contract in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as prescribed by the Government of Nepal.
